Pathways to this career
- Complete an accredited undergraduate degree in radiography or medical imaging.
- Do you have your eye on postgraduate study? You will need an undergraduate degree in a health science field or other qualified recognition.
- You may be required to complete a year of supervised practice with the Australian Institute of Radiography before becoming a registered radiographer.
- Register with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia to practice as a radiographer.
